Hello—I’m so glad you’re here!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, or unsure why you react the way you do in relationships—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

My approach is person-centered, grounded in the belief that you’re doing the best you can with the tools you’ve had. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s underneath the surface—exploring your attachment style, how your childhood experiences may be shaping your current relationships, and how anxiety shows up in your thoughts, body, and behaviors. We’ll also look at how your behaviors may be communicating important unmet needs.

I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma (including PTSD), anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and relationship challenges through telehealth.

Sessions are tailored to you. We might talk things through, build coping skills, use therapeutic games or creative approaches, or focus on nervous system regulation and relaxation. I’m also trained in EMDR, which is especially helpful for processing trauma.

Together, we can work to improve relationships by strengthening communication, building deeper connection, and increasing understanding—both of yourself and others. I’m here to support you, and I’ll also gently challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, especially those impacting your self-esteem and relationships.

Therapy with me is a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to grow.
